How To Join

To invest in NCIP, a prospective Participant must be a North Carolina Unit of Local Government that has completed the New Participant Application and taken other necessary steps to open an account before investing in the Pool.

Read the NCIP Information Statement.
Contact a Relationship Manager or the Client Services Group at 833.736.NCIP with questions.

Complete and send the following forms to NCIP Client Services Group (available on the Forms and Documents section of this site):

New Participant Application (for initial Account only)
Account Application (for each account, signed by an authorized representative)
Contact Record (for each person from the participating entity who will interact with the account) -
Permissions
IRS W-9 form
Wire and/or ACH Setup Instructions
